Newport Diagnostic Center (NDC) was founded by Hazem Chehabi, M.D. who recognized the need for an imaging center which provided excellent patient care while utilizing the most advanced technology available.

Dr. Chehabi understood that caring staff, efficient service and pleasant surroundings would make a dramatic statement to patients who, until NDC, had traditionally gone to busy facilities where compassion and caring was lacking.

NDC has grown significantly since its inception in 1991 and is now comprised of two buildings located at 1605 and 1601 Avocado Avenue. Combining for a total of more than 25,000 square feet, these buildings each contain sophisticated medical imaging equipment similar to those typically found in large academic institutions.

Hard work and thorough planning have produced a well-designed, state-of-the-art imaging center offering patients the comfort and peace of mind they deserve.
